They first met at the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus 8 years ago. Now they meet again this time in Denmark. Things have changed since then – but they still use their music as a way to communicate their hopes and dreams for the future – not least they play for peace in Syria.
April 29, 8 PM Maher Mahmoud (oud) and Lis Raabjerg Kruse (saxofon, nay) play a concert at Anna Kirke in Nørrebro, Copenhagen.
The concert is a part of the international festival "Global Week for Syria".
Free entrance
